Gen Yapı

Most of the group's projects in construction — an area where we hold senior-level experience — have been carried out by Gen Yapı, one of the Gençer Group companies.

The group has put its signature on projects that have won international acclaim, from Park Manzara and Park Pınar Evleri in Çankaya Oran Sitesi, one of Ankara's most sought-after residential districts, to the Wohnpark Bernsbach housing development in Germany.

Gen Yapı's largest undertaking is Palm City, in the Yeşilbayır region of Antalya.

Its master plan drawn by the renowned architect Şevki Vanlı, who passed away in 2008, Palm City was designed across a total area of 600 dönüm (roughly 60 hectares).

With its first phase completed in 2007, Palm City quickly earned its place among Antalya's most distinguished residential developments.

The project's first phase includes California-style villas with gardens of up to 1.5 dönüm, three-story Laguna Evleri overlooking a private artificial lake amid varied landscaping, a fully equipped sports complex, and an international pre-school.

Alongside private residential projects, contracting works for public institutions and industrial facility construction also make up a significant part of the group's broad experience in the construction field.
